I was scamed for $2,890.00 by a group from Canada. The scam went like this you just won $65,650.00 from Costa-Rica lottery . here is a check for $2,890.00 to cover your clearing fees and taxes plus commission to our agent so on and so and so... I receive about $886.00 monthly for my disability I am un able to work for a living and when I found out not more than a week ago that my lawyer had not been paid by social security as was agreed upon. I had received the money with my back pay which was a good sum of money. Knowing I would not ever be able to work even a part-time job we my wife and I used it and our VA benefits from service(Navy)to buy a house. Now here's the rub my check is directly deposited to my bank and our mortgage is takien out electronicly it's about $825.00 per month. Not much left and my wife only makes $25,700. per year after we by food and pay for utilities very little is left if any at the end of the month. I need help and do not know how to fix this problem .
